About Raizada World Holidays

Explore · Travel · Discover — the three words we have been working to earn since 2012.

Our story

A travel desk, not a booking engine

Founded in Lucknow by Mr. Piyush Raizada “RWH” Raizada World Holidays was built on a simple conviction: travellers should not have to assemble their vacations across twelve different browser tabs. Instead, they deserve guidance from someone who has personally experienced the destination and knows exactly what is worth the investment.

Nineteen years later, that foundational philosophy remains unchanged. Every itinerary we design is crafted by a consultant who has walked the route, stayed at the properties, and personally coordinated with local transport operators. Furthermore, we provide reliable, around-the-clock support. If an issue arises at 2:00 AM in an unfamiliar city, our clients reach a dedicated team member on the phone, not an automated ticketing system.

Transparency is core to our operations. We publish all prices inclusive of taxes, clearly outline what is not covered, and feature reviews exclusively from travellers who have completed their journeys with us.

How we work

Four promises we hold ourselves to

Not slogans — these are the things travellers tell us made the difference.

The price is the price

Taxes, transfers and entry fees are in the number you see. If something is not included, it is listed as an exclusion before you pay, not discovered at the airport.

One consultant, start to finish

The person who plans your trip is the person who answers when you call from it. No handovers, no repeating yourself to a new agent.

Only verified reviews

A review can only be written by someone whose booking with us is marked completed. We do not buy testimonials and we do not delete the unflattering ones.

Support that answers

A real phone number and a WhatsApp line staffed for the whole time you are away, across every time zone we send people to.
